If paying by debit or credit card
If you provided your card details on your application form, your card will be charged shortly before we prepare your documentation.
If you have asked us to call you for your card details, we will do so at the time requested on your application form.
If you told us you will be calling us with your card details, please call our Freephone helpline on 0800 448 8484. If we do not hear from you within two working days, we will call you.
If paying by PayPal
After we have reviewed your application, we will send you a separate email telling you how to make your PayPal payment. If you are claiming a fee reduction for receiving a qualifying benefit, we will enclose a claim form with your Deed Poll documentation, which you can return to us at anytime with your benefit evidence for a refund to your PayPal account.
If paying by cheque or postal order
After we have reviewed your application, we will send you an email confirming the fee payable. Please post your payment to us without delay as we cannot prepare your Deed Poll documentation until payment has been received (and your cheque has cleared). Please make your cheque payable to UK Deed Poll Service and write your new name and address on the back.
