How to get to us by road
We are 30 minutes from junction 28 of the M25 with the A12. From the M25, join the A12 heading northeast towards Chelmsford and Colchester. After 25 miles, turn off the A12 at junction 22 (the second Witham exit) onto the B1389 heading southwest into Witham town centre. After half a mile, you will pass Witham Police station on your left and shortly afterwards you pass through a set of traffic lights. You should now look for a parking space on either side of the road (Newland Street). You now need to locate the statue of Dorothy Sayers, a local author, which is on your left heading into Witham town centre (Witham’s JobCentrePlus is next to the statue). You will find our offices, which are situated 50m behind the Dorothy Sayers statue.
If you wish to use a route planner click here to go to the AA’s route planning website. Enter our postcode of CM8 2BL for the destination. Please note, the route planner will suggest leaving the A12 at junction 21 and going through Witham town centre, which will take a few minutes more than the route we have suggested above.
How to get to us by rail
Witham railway station is on the London Liverpool Street to Norwich line, with four trains every hour. The journey time is about 45 minutes from Liverpool Street. Our offices are just a 10 minute walk from Witham station.
Upon leaving Witham station, turn left into Albert Road. At the junction with Collingwood Road, turn left, which takes you over the railway lines. Ignore the first left turn (Easton Road) but take the next left into Avenue Road. Shortly into Avenue Road, the road forks. Take the right fork into The Avenue. Walk along the length of The Avenue until you get to a crossroads with traffic lights. At this junction, turn right into Newland Street. Cross the road and walk along the left side of Newland Street until you arrive at the Dorothy Sayers statue, which is situated just before the JobCentrePlus building. Our offices are about 50m behind the Dorothy Sayers statue.
